Please remember to switch it off (if used) when leaving. COMPLAINTS/REFUND If you have a complaint about the property and for any reason decides not to stay; please lock-up the property and leave within 15mins of arrival and notify me of your departure, complaints and/or request for refund. Request for refund made after 15mins of arrival will NOT be entertained. If for any reason you stayed in the property beyond 15mins or sleep over, NO refund (whatsoever) will be made to you.
